As systems grow in size or operate at higher power levels, thermal design and packaging become more critical. For larger systems requiring custom enclosures, Oztek’s mechanical engineers work closely with electrical engineers to ensure a packaging and thermal solution that performs well and is cost-efficient to manufacture.
Oztek’s thermal expertise encompasses both air and liquid-cooled systems.
We use SolidWorks 3D mechanical design and CAD software for visualizing the system throughout the design process.
