New Features
- A new directory is created at C:\Oztek\FWDownloader for log file creation and converting .out files to .hex files. The directory is deleted after successfully programming a device. This allows the utility to work for users without write access to the install directory.
Bug Fixes
- The Peak CAN driver will now re-initialize after changing bit rates.
Compatibility Notes

New Features
- This new major revision now includes support for downloading over a serial connection using the Modbus serial protocol. This tool's name has been changed from the "CAN Downloader Utility" to the "Firmware Downloader Utility" now that it supports both CAN and serial communications.

New Features

Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where Downloader Utility would crash if the user hasn't already installed the device drivers for one of the supported CAN adapters (Softing CANusb).
Compatibility Notes
- This version of the CAN Downloader Utility requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4 to be installed on the user's PC. To install .NET Framework 4, see the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/net
New Features
- Provided support for running this application on both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms. There are now two product installers: SW90095-32_setup_revX_Y.exe is the installer for 32-bit machines and SW90095-64_setup_revX_Y.exe is the installer for 64-bit machines.
Bug Fixes
- The "Jump to Flash" option now works for all three supported devices - previously it only worked for the Peak adapter; the application would hang if this was attempted with the Vector and Softing adapters.
- This application can now be installed in a directory with spaces in the path name (i.e. "Program Files"). Previous versions had to be installed in paths without spaces due to issues with invoking the included hex2000.exe file converter.
Compatibility Notes

Bug Fixes
- Fixed timing issue with sending CAN packets to the target controller. On certain occasions the software would time out too soon when waiting for the CAN drivers to be ready to send a new CAN message. This would result some CAN messages not being sent, which would then cause the associated S Record to not be programmed correctly in the target device.
- Fixed issue with checking for errors in the responses from the target controller. After certain operations the software would wait for a esponse from the target controller via a CAN response message, but the software failed to look at the response data to determine if the orresponding operation completed successfully or with an error.
Compatibility Notes
