Quality that’s designed in
All of our products start out with a solid, well-thought-out design, ensuring that performance, reliability, life, and ease of use expectations can all be exceeded. We are a member of IPC, and generally design, fabricate and assemble to IPC standards when not targeting compliance with more demanding standards. Our engineers then rigorously test to ensure the hardware and software they’ve developed perform as intended.
Rigorous controls
Our product and component documentation is tightly controlled using Omnify Empower product lifecycle management software by Arena, which also controls procedures, automates our processes, maintains records on production and test equipment, and supplies documentation to the shop floor. Custom software automates test record capture and configuration management.
